Michael Humphries M.S., CCC-SLP, BCBA

Michael Humphries is a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, and Clinical Director of Not Your Everyday Therapy Services in Oklahoma City. Specializing in children 3-years to young adulthood, he works hard to meet children and families where they are with communication or behavioral challenges. His style is one of offering developmentally appropriate yet practical strategies to connect with children. When implementing evidence-based therapies, he has found that his approach provides a unique and progressive way to connect with his clients. 

Michael graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Speech-Language Pathology. His Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) was earned at the University of Arizona and he is one of three current individuals licensed in both fields in the state of Oklahoma. As a man, Michael offers a unique clinical perspective to the children and families served at his private practice. He also serves as an adjunct professor at his alma mater, the University of Central Oklahoma, teaching communication disorder classes and providing clinical supervision. Michael believes in the importance of advocating for all families and children. Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two little boys.
